About

Beyond the operating theatre

Dr. Sulthana Dhilras J is a paediatric surgeon whose professional journey has gradually expanded into teaching, speaking, writing and community work.

Medicine remains the foundation of her professional life. Over time, however, another thread became increasingly visible: a fascination with how people learn, perform, recover from setbacks, communicate, grow and create meaningful lives.

Her evolving body of work now brings together medicine, education, storytelling, discipline and intentional living.
